Who are we? – The Human Support Group are a national company that was established in 1998 and who provide care in the community to over 3,000 service users each week which is growing week to week.

In order to provide the highest level of care we need to ensure we recruit talented, competent and passionate carers. That’s where you come in!

Who are we looking for? – We are looking for people who have a caring nature and a commitment to providing a high standard of practical care and emotional support to service users within their own homes.

You will help the service users to set and achieve their own goals of becoming independent in tasks such as personal care, taking medication, completing light domestic duties and meal preparation.  You will be expected to communicate verbally and in writing with other healthcare professionals about the service users progress therefore a high level of written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

We are looking for carers in the following areas  Urmston, Partington, Altrincham, Timperley, Hale and Bowdon.

Successful candidates will need to complete an Enhanced DBS check shortly after being successful from interview, the cost of this will be met by the applicant. This role has an exception under the Equality Act 2010 as you must be aged 18 or over.

Experience is not essential as full, paid training and shadowing will be provided.

Possession of a full UK drivers licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. Successful candidates will be required to work on a rotational working pattern which may include evening and weekend work.

We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants to provide support to vulnerable adults in the community, this will include tasks such as personal care, companion calls, domestic calls, and general welfare calls.

Our Weston Super Mare branch currently holds the “Zone 2” North Somerset Council contract to be the main provider of domiciliary care covering the following areas of Weston-Super-Mare: Banwell, Hewish, Kewstoke, Locking, Wick, Worle and St Georges.
