Quality assurance

The Human Support Group covers all policies and activities implemented within an ISO quality system

This includes:

  • Managing the complaints system and presenting an annual report on comments, compliments and complaints to senior management
  • Carrying out research into issues which impact on the work of Human Support Group
  • Distribute and analyse service user surveys
  • Coordinating the issue and review of policies and procedures
  • Central archiving of all care records and advice on records management
  • Carrying out monitoring of services to ensure they meet relevant statutory standards
  • Liaising with Insurers and solicitors on Public and Employer’s Liability claims
  • Data Protection management
