The Human Support Group creates a culture to encourage and enable staff to feel comfortable to raise serious concerns within the company to ensure the prevention of and protection from abuse of any employee or Service User.
Enhanced DBS Checks
If you have applied for a vacancy with any of the Human Support Group Services in
England or Wales you will be requested to apply for an Enhanced DBS certificate as part of the companies pre-recruitment checks following an offer of employment, including volunteering roles and applications for specific licences.
If you have applied for a vacancy with any of the Human Support Group Services based in Scotland you will be requested to be a member of the PVG Scheme (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) as part of the company pre-recruitment checks following an offer of employment, including volunteering roles and applications for specific licences.
