I would like to thank all the Carers for their kindness. They have been absolutely wonderful, even when the situation hasn’t been too easy, they have helped me smile and supported me through some difficult times. I love them all and yes they all deserve recommending and I would like to thank the office team for your help and advice

I would like to commend the HSG carer for going above and beyond what is required of her when caring for my mother. We had arranged a visit to a new daycare centre and the appointment clashed with my mother’s daily routine and personal care. When the HSG Carer arrived mum was already agitated and in need of personal care. The HSG Carer took everything in her stride attending to mums needs with professionalism and care. Mum was ready on time and we made our appointment with ease

I would just like to say a big thank you for all the help given to my husband. I would especially like to thank the two main HSG Carers for their outstanding support and concern for me in particular during what has been a difficult time. My husband is now on an end of life care plan, but you all gave me the mental strength to be to cope with all the challenges and difficult times ahead

I would like to congratulate the HSG carers for their outstanding care with my husband. After past experience with other companies I was struggling to trust carers due to my husband’s dementia and frustration with his condition.
The HSG carers have built up a trusting relationship with my husband already and we both are so pleased to have regular carers we can have scheduled to visit

I have worked in the health and social care industry for 10 years and I can finally say I have found the right domiciliary care company to work for I am passionate about care however it can be very demanding so working with the right team is a must the team are trust worthy hard working and there is always somebody available to offer a helping hand
