Who are our services for?

Our services are to provide domiciliary care, reablement and complex care support to older people living independently in their own homes. However, we can provide a wide range of services, to people with a learning disability, a physical disability or mental health support needs, people in extra care schemes and supported living accommodation. We also offer support to customers with complex health needs.

Our aims

Our aim is to support people so they enjoy life as independently as possible. Our carers are trained to enable rather than create dependence. We help people create their own plans to measure progress over time and work towards improving quality of life according to what’s important for the individual.

All of our carers and support workers are routinely provided and/or recruited according to individual needs, preferences and specified requirements.

To ensure that at all times, services are provided which comply with the requirements of:

  • Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2010. In particular those regulations which refer to the arrangements for the provision of personal care and staffing.
  • Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales – the regulator for social care and social services in Wales.
