At Human Support Group, we take pride in being extremely open and welcoming to any hard-working individual who wants to join our team. Whilst in the recruitment process, we are very selective of those who become HSG Carers, as we want to make sure that they share our same values, but we always welcome any hard-working and dedicated individual to start our recruitment process.
It doesn’t matter if you have been a carer for 20+ years or have never started a career in care, thanks to our on the job training we take any dedicated individual who shares our values and train them to be the best carer they can be.
We have now started hosting recruitment drop in sessions with our lovely Candidate Experience Partner, Mateo Allen. These sessions are to offer an opportunity for people to learn more about what it’s like to be a carer, what it’s like to work at Human Support Group and the progression we offer.
Our next drop in session will be hosted on Wednesday 18th December at our Didsbury branch where Mateo will talk you through the exciting career opportunities available at Human Support Group and how we can help you on your journey to a rewarding career.
