How Long Has Richard Been With Human Support Group?
Richard has been a valued colleague and carer of HSG for over 18 months

How Did Richard Start With Human Support Group?
Richard originally worked in retail; he was a Tesco’s employee for 18
years. He woke up one day and realised that he wanted to take on a new
challenge in his career. He sought out Human Support Group looking for that
challenge.
What Support and Training have Human Support Group
Provided?
Human Support Group provides a huge amount to support and training to all
our employees in order to boost their confidence, expand their skills and excel
in their careers. Richard had not previously had a career in care, however,
through the E-Learning, Supervisions, Yearly Appraisals, Community
Observations, On the Job Training and Care Certificates he has received
throughout his time at HSG, he has quickly become an exemplary carer.
What Does Richard Like Most About The Job?
Being a carer has presented the new challenge he was looking for. Being
able to grow his skill set has provided him with more confidence and enables
him to perform his work to a high standard!
