If you have a friend that shares our values refer them to us and as a thank you, for helping us achieve our vision of providing the very best care with the very best people, we will give you a bonus of up to £250*.
It’s simple to earn some extra cash, all you have to do is recommend your friend to your manager, someone who you think would make a great carer, and on completion of their training and first shift we will pay you £100.
Once your friend has successfully passed their probationary period you should receive a further £150 as a thank you for your referral.

- To apply for the Refer a Friend Scheme, all referred candidates should not have previously been employed in any of the services supplied by the Human Support Group.
- Candidate must have the right mix of personal and professional qualities to undertake the role, and a genuine desire to work in care.
- Candidate must put your name on the application form for you to be eligible for the bonus.
- The candidates performance and attendance will be taken into consideration for the second part of the payment.
- We reserve the right to withdraw this scheme at any time.
